TRE Trauma & Tension Release exercises are a revolutionary way to feel good, shake out stress and reset your nervous system! Starting on September 2nd the session will be on Wednesdays 8-9.30pm. Zumba with Carloid is now back at the centre, both on Mondays and Wednesdays 6.30-7.30pm. The session will follow the strict new measures now in place including the governments Track and Trace system. Please contact Carloid on 07511277834 for more information

Nia dance has returned with great success to the centre, meeting on Saturdays 10-11am, due to the new government restrictions the numbers are limited and social distancing applies. This doesn’t inhibit the class in any way though, contact Jane on 07454399938 for more information

The Gong Bath is returning to the centre on Friday 21st August from 7-8pm.
