Meet Hilary!
Hilary’s lifetime love of fitness and sport is distilled into her passion for Pilates.
Hilary discovered the benefits for herself after a shoulder injury and has since been an advocate of Joseph Pilates’ principles, finding positive Pilates results in all aspects of her life.

Hilary’s love – and knowledge – of Pilates has grown considerably over the last half decade. Her desire to share the discipline was realised when she qualified as a Modern Pilates teacher in 2018. Now she is able to share her mastery and experience with a new series of classes.
Pilates…for everyone
Pilates can work for everyone, at all levels of fitness and at each stage of life. It improves stability, mobility, strength and flexibility throughout the body.
It is a discipline in its own right, yet underpins good general physical health and helps the body to perform properly when enjoying other demanding sport and exercise. Pilates is also fantastic for injury rehabilitation in conjunction with physiotherapy.
Hilary’s plan is to run, hike and cycle into old age – why shouldn’t you too?
