KitKat (have a break have a…….) is a free support group set up by parents and is for anyone caring for others with additional needs within the Stockport area.
Our aim is to provide support in an informal setting and is a chance for carers to chat, to get support and to have a catch up. We understand that speaking with people who know first hand the difficulties facing send carers, can often be the respite needed.
KitKat meet the 1st Friday of every month at The Signol Community Centre between 10-12pm.
Moving forward we aim to introduce relaxation and wellbeing workshops, for a small donation people can enjoy art therapy, breathing and meditation, yoga and many more. Watch this space for more details.
