The Centre will be working in conjunction with Friends of Romiley Station and Plastic Free Romiley on a new community project for Mini Beast Fortnight. This is to celebrate insects and highlight how important it is for us to provide homes for them, especially pollinating ones such as bees.
The plan is to cover the station in crafted mini beasts of all shapes and sizes and we would love as many people to get involved as possible.
The centre will be crafting on Sunday 23rd June from 1pm onwards, please bring suitable clothing as we will be using glue. Children under 8 years old will need supervising by an adult. We hope to see you there!
Hi , is this something you need save bottle tops for?
Thanks

Hi Rebecca apologies for the delay in getting back to you, we are still collecting bottle tops yes, if you want to deliver them to the centre there is a bin outside. It’s full but when I’m next there I can take them in. If not then if you’re planning on coming to the event then you’re welcome to bring them with you. Many thanks, kerry
